首先要多謝主、〈米施洛〉團隊、營養師 Daisy、Rachel、哥哥、家姐及要特別多謝媽媽 (因為有她為我安排食用,我才減得特別成功)!
由細至大,我都不介意自己肥,我覺得食野開心,又可以減壓;「暴飲暴食」成為我人生一部分,但家人就十分擔心,常常都勸我減肥。
2015新年,一次偶爾磅體重時,發現自己已達252磅!我頓然醒覺,又害怕會變成300磅的肥婆…,我須要減肥。半年後,經哥哥鼓勵下,參加〈米施洛〉。
最初減肥(頭50磅),十分輕鬆,每一餐都飽,還有下午茶食;減到中期,開始覺得艱難,餐單份量越來越少,工作壓力越來越大。想用食物減壓,但感謝營養師Rachel對我不離不棄,又感謝〈米施洛〉的「念念即忘。擊退為食心魔」小組班的教誨,教我如何在美食當前時仍能忍口。 我鼓起勇氣繼續下去。
雖然有時經歷失敗,不過不要緊,緊記對美食如何「念念即忘」、及暴食要付出的代價!總有辦法站起來。 今次減肥中,明白原來自己能夠做好多事情,及學會愛自己。
現在的我,能夠走進一般小店買衫,偶爾打扮一下都不錯。 我希望將營養師教我的東西,應用在我生活裏面。

從小到大都是個肥仔,除因喜歡吃東西 (甜食、肉類等) 外,也因甚少運動,所以體重都一直上升。
曾試過到健身中心操練身體,希望可以藉此減重,這方法確有成效,只是後來工作太忙,又因我還未建立長久的運動習慣,所以只維持一段短時間,體重又慢慢回升了。
後來,我到〈米施洛〉尋求營養師的幫助,巫小姐真的幫了我很多,每星期的見面,讓我更了解自己在飲食上要調整的地方,營養師也針對我在減重過程中遇到的困難,作出很多有用的建議。
我能成功減重,巫營養師的功勞真是功不可抹呢 !
減重後除了回復健康的身體外,最大得著是建立了一個更健康的飲食及運動習慣,我相信我以後會更留意自己每日吃了甚麼,盡量選擇更健康 (低脂、低鈉、低糖) 及更有營養的食物,令我的身體更健康、體重不反彈。




Pandemic weight gain was such a reality for me!
Since the beginning of 2020, I started working from home and in return I was “rewarded” with 15 extra pounds from sitting and snacking all day long. I tried many ways to get rid of the stubborn weight, but the most I can do was losing 5lbs and my weight just got stuck. Seeing MSL’s Facebook postings online did give me some good ideas of healthy recipes and how to choose nutritious ingredients, so one day I reached out for inquiries!
At first, I wasn’t so sure if the program would work as I live in San Francisco! But after a few WhatsApp calls with my dietitian, Melissa, her flexibility, patience, and creative advice totally changed my mind!! Surprisingly, not being in Hong Kong wasn’t a barrier at all!! Melissa was able to suggest food or snacks that’s available in my area and taught me how to read food labels and convert carbohydrate, protein, and fat portions myself. Knowing I have a sweet tooth she even researched and suggested several snacks and drinks that do not only curb my craving but also with low caloric intake. For my friends/family outings, Melissa was also there to give me guidance of what to order, and how to adjust other meals of the day to still have a balanced diet to be on track to lose weight. I lost ALL my pandemic weight (about 12lbs) in my 2 months working with Melissa. The experience wouldn’t be a success without her encouragement and professional knowledge along the way!
My advice to those who are determined to lose weight and live a healthier live: trust your dietitian and yourself, be honest to exchange how you feel throughout the program and be open minded to try healthy food and recipes and stay persistent! Whenever possible try doing different types of exercise so that you don’t get bored.




過胖,不但身體負擔重,穿衣服也很難看;上樓梯稍微快一點,便覺得胸悶、氣喘;時常覺得很疲憊,每天也沒有精神;行動非常遲緩,整個人精神面貌欠佳…..。
減肥後,身體變好了,走路比以前輕快很多,爬樓梯都變輕鬆變快;其次,人變漂亮了,感覺恢復了青春活力,整個人的精神面貌也煥然一新。
減肥最重要的就是要 “管住嘴”,能抵抗住美味的誘惑,用頑強的意志力過每一天。每多堅持一天,離成功就又進了一步,然後就是要「邁開腿」,多鍛煉,進行健康減肥,這樣體質才會強壯。




從小到大身材都是一個最令我感到自卑的地方,亦是被別人用作取笑自己、奚落自己的工具。由小時候的“肥妹”到長大後的 “肥婆” ,這個別名一直離不開自己,甚至被叫到連朋友叫自己真正的名字時都已經不懂得回應。因為身型關係,有時候真的不敢外出,害怕被別人用奇怪厭惡的眼光來看自己。因為身型關係,乘坐公共交通工具時不敢坐下,害怕霸佔了多於一個座位。因為身型關係,我完全不敢照鏡子和拍照,害怕看到自己的樣子。當時的我,一般衣服根本穿不下,買衣服都是要到出口外國時裝的店舖購買。走路不上數分鐘便氣喘,做任何事件都比別人慢,比別人笨拙。
我曾經嘗試了不同的減肥方法,有試過於網上尋找一些減肥餐單,服食坊間健康產品,參加纖體公司療程等等。但最後結果都只有一個,就是失敗(大部份都是因為體重反彈)。那時候的我非常絕望,認為自己一輩子都會是這樣渡過,變得更加自暴自棄。直到有一次作身體檢查時,發現自己血糖偏高和有少許婦女病的跡象,醫生勸告我需認真減肥,否則情況只會越來越嚴重。於是,我再次下定決心要改變自己。
從網上得悉〈米施洛〉有非常好的口碑, 亦有減肥成功的親友推薦,因此我選擇作最後一次嘗試。而事實證明,我的選擇是正確的!參加〈米施洛〉【營養減肥計劃】後,營養師不但為我度身設計適合我的營養餐單,協助我進行體重管理,期間我更學會正確的飲食及運動方法,令我了解均衡飲食配合適當運動的重要性,亦發現以前自己嘗試過的及坊間一些減肥方法都是謬誤。減肥的過程要忍受美食當前的誘惑,但當看見現在的自己,便知道這一年半的努力都是值得的。現在的我不在害怕面對鏡頭(甚至可以說是愛上了),身體機能明顯改善了,跑步一小時不再是難題,衣服隨處都買得到。這一切都要感激我的營養師Kingsley,Nancy和Carman。此外亦要多謝一直對我不離不棄,支持及陪伴我的家人及好友(雖然有時的你們都像魔鬼般引誘我),是你們給了我自信。最後,當然不少得多謝自己,多謝自己能夠不放棄,堅持到最後。現在,我能大聲地告訴曾取笑我的人說 “你們才是失敗者!”!




My desires are to be healthy, feel less tired after long (sometimes even short) walk, avoid being too sweaty, have snore-free sleep, and have reduced chances of weight-related diseases. These are what motivated me to join MSL’s weight loss plan.
Feeling healthier, being less tired after exercise, sitting more comfortably during flights are some of the benefits I have achieved after joining the program. In addition, I feel more confident about myself, plus I find that it’s easier to buy clothing for myself now!
My kind reminders to you all are to follow the advice from your Nutritionist, believe in yourself and be determined to stick to the program. Always keep in mind the goal and target weight. Even if it seems unattainable at the beginning, the support from family, friends & MSL’s Nutritionists were important.




I am so happy I joined the MSL weight loss program. Not only have I lost a lot of weight but I also feel more energized and the condition of my skin has improved. I have learnt how to eat healthily, how to manage my meals, which food to avoid and why, and what to do to keep my weight once the program finished. My heartful thanks to all the staff, they are always cheerful and encouraging and especially to my nutritionist, Ms. Chloris Leung, who has always supported me, encouraged me and has given me plenty of good advice and helpful ideas to overcome the challenge. I recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose some pounds….. or many pounds, like me! Being a lazy and easy to give in to temptation person, I believe that if I have been able to make it, anyone can!




生B後,身形暴漲至165磅!人家說,生完B,因為餵人奶同湊仔攰會慢慢瘦返下來...,但這個情況無在我身上發生。懷孕後期,我的血糖指數稍超標,醫生話生仔後會回落至正常水平。但之後做O.G.T.T.飲糖水檢測,血糖水平依然超標⋯⋯加上老公日日笑我肥,成日話我「你又食」,又話我個身型同娶我果時變晒⋯令我感到好自卑⋯的確我嘅食量大咗好多,仲要每2個鐘頭就要食嘢,全部都係食零食⋯⋯我真係好想搵人督促我減肥,同時唔想再用以前嘅亂減肥嘅方法(試過:cut飯食肉減肥法,狂做運動,食好少嘢或唔食嘢,生酮飲食法,買營養減肥產品食代餐等)。想起舊同事經「米施洛營養護康中心」減肥成功兼無反彈,深明要減,就不如請專業營養師幫助,於是開展我的減肥旅程。
減肥後最大的收穫,是解決血糖不穩定和腰痛問題,人精神咗,有魄力咗,恆常運動令我體能提升返,身型變返嫁之前咁,襯衫同影相都有心機返,唔再比人話我係師奶,有人會以為我係大學生😏😏,老公對我關注多返,無再笑我肥。
今次減肥過程中,我的心得是要聽營養師話,跟餐單,仲有一定要自己努力做消脂嘅帶氧運動,如果有偷食,要誠實話比營養師知。要有求知欲,有營養或份量問題,可隨時打電話返中心問營養師,還有學習買啲低脂食物同多用代糖。雖然營養師教嘅,聽起來是老生常談嘅嘢,但實行起來,有營養師監督住係好好多,同埋營養師寫比我嘅餐單,係好配合我個人需要。




中學已經係肥妹仔,但當時年紀細,冇特別在意,直到出黎做野,開始一年肥十磅咁…。
初時覺得自己仲著到正常size既衫,又遮到,以「都唔係好肥姐!」黎呃自己。
直到發現點遮都遮唔到雙下巴時,鼓起勇氣上磅…..,已經係人生最高峰,差不多180磅!!!
再唔節制,情況只會惡化,就下決心,開始人生最後一次減肥!
由跟〈米施洛〉營養師到而家,改變最大既,係自己心態同正確減肥知識 : 試過唔同方法減肥,一係就食藥有副作用,一係要捱餓,快就會打回原形甚至更肥。
Join〈米施洛〉後,最大的收穫是大大改變左我飲食同生活習慣,搵到一個可以持之以恆又唔駛捱餓既減肥方法!
今次減肥過程中,我的心得是點樣飽住減肥,食住keep磅,我將自己既飲食同運動日常都放係自己IG、Instagram – fatfatmuiiii_
「瘦」,係人地既標準,「健康」,先係最重要。
