My road to weight loss and healthier living was both exciting and challenging. The first month was the most difficult, because I was letting go of the “bad” and starting to learn the “good”. But with my dietitian support and constant encouragement, I noticed the improvement on my weight and my health, and on my second month, colleagues and friends started to notice. Poor health check results motivated me to start 【MSL Weight Reduction Plan】, which totally transformed my previous eating, lifestyle and exercise habits into healthy and regular ones. I was referred to 〈MSL〉by a colleague who had undergone a successful weight loss program. I was skeptical at first as I thought the dietary requirements would always leave me hungry.
My dietitian went through the menu with me at the beginning. I was surprised that the meals did not feel hungry at times but the portions were manageable. Throughout the entire program, My dietitian was attentive and would advise and help me adjust what I was eating to achieve my weight loss goals. A couple of weeks into the program, I added cardio training. Subsequently, I added strength training. Given that I work fairly long hours, I did most of my exercise during the weekend. Between the dietary goals and exercise, I was able to loss about 40 pounds over 7 months.
The most valuable of this program was that I learned to eat healthier food and have the confidence to manage my weight. If I gain a couple of pounds now, I am confidence that I can lose it again and know how to lose it. The exercise has helped toned my core. I have tried to visit a nutritionist before for 3 courses, but it did not work at all as I did not get any advice from her. Before I decided to join 【MSL Weight Reduction Plan】, I hesitated and doubt on the effect whether it will require the participant to starve to get the weight loss.
