Method:
- Blanch assorted seafood with ginger.
- Boil water, cook penne.
- Grind garlic.
- Heat up oil, pan fry garlic and assorted seafood.
- Add in skimmed milk, low fat cream and penne. Mix well.
- Add in cheese, salt, black pepper and serve.
