My real life experience with 〈MSL〉: consuming a balanced diet with regular exercise, I was able to successfully lose 20 Kg in 5 months. Not only did the plan allow me more clothes choices, my blood pressure and pulse have also dropped to normal levels.
Before joining the plan, I thought my diet was rather healthy as I never ate animal skin and didn’t add sugar to milk tea. However, my dietitian told me that this was not enough. Others may think I give up a lot of tasty foods but I Iearnt to have more appreciation for healthy foods such as green salad, tofu and congee now.
Most people complain airplane foods are crap, but I found special meals with non-fat and low-calorie items taste much better since they always provide me with very tasty bread and steam meat.
Although I travel a lot, I try to stick with my diet plan. If possible, I would order sandwich from the hotel. After explaining to others that this plan helped me lose 20 Kg, peoples start to understand and respect my diet. Some even followed my lead and stared eating more greens and less meat now.
Nowadays, my traveling kit includes not just an iPad and wifi router but also a pair of running shoes and enough biscuits to allow me to exercise when I travel.My glory goes partly to 〈MSL〉 and my dietitian. I give special thanks to my wife who takes care of my diet and prepares very tasty salads for my lunch.
