Being a middle aged woman, I have been working and taking care of my children in the past few years. I was not paying much attention to my lifestyle. Little did I know, when I chose to conveniently ignore my eating habit during busy times, I would be gaining weight, yet gaining it fast. Having fat built all over my body made my body shape looked bad. I was unable to wear fashionable items beautifully, and to be honest, it made me feel bad about myself at times. I then realized being fat does not only make one physically unattractive, but also suffer from stress. I decided that I no longer want this kind of life and was determined to lose weight.

I joined the【MSL Weight Reduction Plan】in January 2012 via a friend’s recommendation. In my first month, I started my keep fit plan by cutting sugar, salt and oil in my meal. After two weeks that the results are already showing. Such improvement became more obvious as time went on and I could not wait to see the final results. Later on, I further changed my eating habit and lifestyle, followed advices given by nutritionists from 〈MSL〉. In the third month, the effects were apparent to the eye. I used to wear size 12 from M&S, but now, I am proud to tell that I am able to wear size 6!

After all these time in 〈MSL〉, I have understood that the loss of weight depends much on one’s eating habit and style of living. Before coming to 〈MSL〉, I had tried to lose weight for many times, yet none of then succeeded. I used to think that consuming low carbohydrate diets was an effective way of cutting fat, but I was wrong. Eating less or skipping meals can only reduce weight in short term; moreover, it is always unhealthy to ignore our body signs.

The combination of changing my eating habits and engaging in physical were the ways taught by 〈MSL〉 and I have successfully cut fat for the first time in my life. I have chosen not to skip meals because it doesn’t work for my body. 〈MSL〉 teaches me to develop healthy eating habits in order to lose weight and this is certainly ideal for healthy long term weight control. My experience in 〈MSL〉 has been rewarding. I would like thank my nutritionist, for her support and professional advices in all these time. And now, every time I look into the mirror, I just felt that the money I paid really worth the effort and time.
