Losing 25 Kg within 6 months was such a wonderful journey for me！
Poor health check results motivated me to start 【MSL Weight Reduction Plan】, which totally transformed my previous eating, lifestyle and exercise habits into healthy and regular ones. Currently, I exercise every week, consume more vegetables and less oily food, and I’ve stopped adding sugar to things I eat. These changes were not difficult to make but were easier with 〈MSL〉 to guide and supervise me during the process.
I want to thank my dietitian and the 〈MSL〉 team for their dedicated help and expert guidance. They not only provided me with good suggestions but also told me how to maintain a diet which will be useful for rest of my life.
I have the skills needed to keep the weight off and stay healthy. What I have learnt from 〈MSL〉 will definitely help me in the future.
