My desires are to be healthy, feel less tired after long (sometimes even short) walk, avoid being too sweaty, have snore-free sleep, and have reduced chances of weight-related diseases. These are what motivated me to join MSL’s weight loss plan.
Feeling healthier, being less tired after exercise, sitting more comfortably during flights are some of the benefits I have achieved after joining the program. In addition, I feel more confident about myself, plus I find that it’s easier to buy clothing for myself now!
My kind reminders to you all are to follow the advice from your Nutritionist, believe in yourself and be determined to stick to the program. Always keep in mind the goal and target weight. Even if it seems unattainable at the beginning, the support from family, friends & MSL’s Nutritionists were important.
