I am so happy I joined the MSL weight loss program. Not only have I lost a lot of weight but I also feel more energized and the condition of my skin has improved. I have learnt how to eat healthily, how to manage my meals, which food to avoid and why, and what to do to keep my weight once the program finished. My heartful thanks to all the staff, they are always cheerful and encouraging and especially to my nutritionist, Ms. Chloris Leung, who has always supported me, encouraged me and has given me plenty of good advice and helpful ideas to overcome the challenge. I recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose some pounds….. or many pounds, like me! Being a lazy and easy to give in to temptation person, I believe that if I have been able to make it, anyone can!
