Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 190℃ / 375℉.
- Mix tofu with con kernels and tuna, stuff the mushrooms with the ingredients.
- Grate cheese and sprinkle on the mushrooms.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
